How YEKLENS collects, uses and protects personal information, including photographs of children.

To photograph children, link each photo to the right child's private gallery, let parents and guardians view and order photos, take payment, deliver orders and send receipts, report sales to the school, keep the service secure, and reply to your messages. We do not sell personal information [confirm: and do not use it for advertising].

The school receives sales reports [confirm exactly what the school can see]. We use service providers to run the service: Supabase (database and private file storage), Render and Vercel (hosting) and Paystack (payments). A parent or guardian can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about their child, ask us to remove a photograph, or ask us to stop using it. Email info@yeklens.com with the child's Photo ID (printed on the card; never send the Key) and your contact details. We may need to check that you are the parent or guardian. 8. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies [confirm before launch]. When online ordering opens, your browser may keep a temporary session so your child's photos stay open while you shop. This is needed for the service to work.
