Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you order photographs through YEKLENS Ltd, Accra, Ghana (info@yeklens.com). By placing an order you accept them. Company details: [REGISTRATION NUMBER AND ADDRESS, to be supplied]

2. Ordering

You open a child's gallery with the Photo ID and Photo Key printed on their card. Orders can be placed until the order-by date shown on the card and gallery. Late orders: [LATE ORDER RULE, to be decided]

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Ghana cedis (GHS) before you pay. Payment is taken by Paystack. Payment methods offered at checkout: [TO BE CONFIRMED]. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds.

4. Delivery

Digital downloads are available from your Downloads page after payment [HOW LONG THEY STAY AVAILABLE]. Prints are delivered to the school or to an address you give [DELIVERY TERMS AND TIMES].

5. Refunds and replacements

• Digital downloads are delivered immediately and are not refundable once downloaded, unless the file is faulty or the photo is of the wrong child because of our error. In that case we will [replace or refund, to be confirmed].
• Prints: if a print is damaged, faulty or wrong, tell us within [X DAYS] with a photo of the problem and we will [reprint or refund, to be confirmed].
• Cancelling: an order can be cancelled before production starts [CANCELLATION WINDOW].
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within [Y DAYS].

6. Copyright and use of photographs

YEKLENS owns the copyright in the photographs [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]. When you buy a photograph you may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as sharing with family. You must not remove the watermark from previews, share photographs you have not paid for, or use photographs commercially without our written permission.

7. Keep the card and Key private

Anyone with a child's Photo ID and Key can see their photographs. If a card is lost or shared by mistake, contact us at once. We can issue a new Key, which stops the old card working.

8. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. [LIABILITY CLAUSE, legal review required]
